Brief Bio:

On the surface, Hogwood is just the Phantom Peak Picture house operator. But Hogwood thinks of themselves as so much more than that: they thinks of themselves as an artist, an aesthete. A cultural influencer. An appreciator and curator of the best art has to offer.

In Phantom Deeps Hogwood also ran the picture house, until it was destroyed in the Blimp Crash, of course. Naturally. No-one really ever came: Hogwood mostly used to show obscure art films that they barely understood. They often projected them upside down.

So Hogwood is, in fact, a total hack. They’d never realise it. But they are. That still doesn’t stop them espousing opinions, which often do happen to be right. JONACO’s films that they’re forced to show are, indeed, terrible - but not for the reasons Hogwood thinks.

They openly show films banned by JONACO. But He has a deep and complex history with Jonas and JONACO. But unlike others, this doesn’t come from a ideological place. They have a long and complex history with JONACO - and their dislike is visceral and personal.

Needs: To make a better world so art can exist.

Hates Jonance, the genre of Jonas' movies, "Do Jonaco make the best movies? Well, they make the best movies in this picture house!” Thinks Jonas is a fraud, he is playing with technology he doesn’t understand.
