  • Where can I get tickets?
    Tickets are available on our Tickets page and via Universe (A Ticketmaster Company) or the Phantom Peak website, a link to the purchasing platform can be found on our home page.
  • Is my ticket refundable?
    Unfortunately, in line with our Terms and Conditions, all tickets for Phantom Peak are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person.
  • Can I change the date of my tickets?
    Yes, you can change the date of your tickets for Phantom Peak up to 7 days before the experience is scheduled to take place. You can change your tickets by logging on to your Universe profile and finding the drop down menu and selecting 'move my tickets'. Please contact our customer service team at contact@phantompeak.com if you require further assistance about changing your ticket date, and make sure to include your ticket order number, full name(s) and email address. *subject to availability
  • Do I need to print my ticket for the Phantom Peak experience?
    No, you do not need to print your ticket. You will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code that you can present at the entrance of the experience.
  • Can I purchase tickets on site?
    Yes! Tickets can be purchased on-site at Phantom Peak. Please note that on-site ticket purchases are subject to availability and some shows may sell out quickly, especially during peak season. We recommend buying tickets in advance to guarantee availability and avoid long wait times.
  • Can I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?
    Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free via the Ticketmaster app. However, please not that once tickets are transferred, the original ticket holder will no longer have access to the experience. If you encounter any problems doing this, please contact us at contact@phantompeak.com for additional help. You will need to provide your name and your ticket number.
  • Can I purchase a Phantom Peak gift voucher?
    Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase here. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any available date and time of the Phantom Peak experience and make for a unique and exciting gift for your friends and loved ones.
  • Can I make a Group Booking?
    Yes, group bookings are available for Phantom Peak. Please contact our customer service team for more information on group rates and availability. We can accommodate groups of various sizes and can customise your experience to meet your specific needs.   • Where is Phantom Peak?

  • Is there an age requirement?
    No, there is no age requirement for Phantom Peak. However, due to the nature of the experience, we recommend that children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. We run daytime shows on Saturdays and Sundays (12:00 to 16:30), which will be more appropriate for families with younger children. We also run daytime shows throughout the holidays and half terms.
  • Is Phantom Peak an indoor or outdoor experience?
    Your adventure takes place both indoors and outdoors. The external aspects of the venue are covered to protect our guests from the elements. If the weather gets too much, guests can head indoors to explore more of the secrets the town has to offer.
  • How long is the Phantom Peak experience?
    Your Ticket grants you access to Phantom Peak for the entire length of the show - which lasts anywhere between 4 and 4.5 hours depending on the show chosen. Guests have the freedom to explore, investigate and play for the duration of the show and are free to leave at any time within the time slot.
  • What type of clothing should I wear to Phantom Peak?
    We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and easily. It is not necessary to dress in fancy dress or costumes, but feel free to express yourself and your style. We do ask though that your costumes are family friendly and no weapons (real or fake) are allowed on site. If weapons are brought to the venue they will be consficated on entry and returned at the end of the show or dealt with appropriately.
  • Will there be strobe lights?
    There are currently no strobe or strenuous flashing lights used in Phantom Peak. If an event were to use flashing lights guests will be given warning prior to entry, via; Ticket information, email, signage or by a member of the on site crew.
  • Is there food and drink available?
    Yes, there is food and drink available at Phantom Peak for purchase. Our immersive experience includes a variety of food and beverage options that cater to all dietary needs. From appetizers and entrees to snacks and beverages, we have you covered. We also have a bar service available, so you can enjoy a cocktail or beer while taking in the stunning views of Phantom Peak. Please note that outside food and drink are not allowed in the experience.
  • Can I take photos or record the experience?
    Yes, you are welcome to take photos and record your experience at Phantom Peak. We encourage you to capture the moments that stand out to you and share them with your friends and family. However, we kindly request that you do not share any spoilers or details about the experience on social media or with others who have not yet experienced Phantom Peak. Our goal is to preserve the mystery and magic of the experience for all who come to visit.
  • Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
    Yes. There are a number of places for guests to sneak a quiet moment and take a pew. Our favourite spot to take the weight off is by the lake, where you can find a number of seats and enjoy the beauty of Phantom Peak waterfall and waterways.
  • Are there restrooms available on sit?
    Yes, there are restrooms available on site for all guests to use. We understand the importance of providing clean and accessible facilities for our guests, and we make sure to maintain our restrooms regularly. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members for directions to the nearest restroom.
  • Can I purchase merchandise?
    Yes! We offer a variety of merchandise for Phantom Peak, including t-shirts, cowboy hats, mini platypuses, hats for your mini platypuses and other souvenirs. Our merchandise is available for purchase at the gift shop located in the General Store near the lake. Don't forget to grab something to remember your visit to Phantom Peak!
  • What can I expect from Phantom Peak?
    Phantom Peak is a glorious, steampunk wonderland - often referred to as “The Venice Of The West.” When you step into Phantom Peak, it will feel as though you are stepping through time into a canyon straight out of The Old West. There’s a breathtaking waterfall, haunted ruins, and, most importantly, The Waterway: a large-scale canal that snakes through Main Street. This thoroughfare is a vibrant destination thronging with shops, eateries and entertainment, Phantom Peak-style.   • Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
    Phantom Peak is both an indoor and outdoor experience. The immersive adventure takes place within a specially designed, multi-room environment that transports you to a mysterious and otherworldly world. The experience is designed to fully immerse you in the story, and the setting allows for complete control of the environment to enhance the overall experience. So, get ready to step into a world of adventure, mystery, and excitement!
  • What time should I arrive for my show?
    We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled showtime to allow for check-in and get settled in before the Opening Ceremony begins. Latecomers will be admitted but may not get the full experience of the show.
  • What happens if I arrive late?
    We highly reommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled show time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that you also run the risk of missing out on some of the larger scale experiences available on site.
  • Is Phantom Peak pet-friendly?
    Due to the town's growing platypus population, we are unfortunately only able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.
  • Are there any accessibility options available for Phantom Peak?
    Yes! We strive to make Phantom Peak accessible to everyone. We offer a variety of accessibility options, including wheelchair accessibility, braille signage, and audio descriptions. Please contact our customer service team prior to your visit so that we can make sure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.
  • Are Service dogs allowed in Phantom Peak?

  • Do you offer tickets for Carers?
    We offer one Complimentary Companion ticket per guest with accessible requirements (proof of disability required on entry). If anyone in your party has any access requirements that we should be aware of, to ensure your comfort and enjoyment, please email - contact@phantompeak.com after you have completed your booking. Click here to access Companion tickets (valid only with the purchase of a full priced ticket).
  • Is the Phantom Peak venue ADA compliant?

    Unfortunately, there is no parking available at Phantom Peak. However, there are several public transportation options available for visitors to reach the locations easily. We recommend using ride-sharing services or taking public transportation to avoid any inconvenience. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience at Phantom Peak.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    The experience takes place both indoors and outdoors. The external aspects of the venue are covered to protect our guests from the elements. Our team has taken into account all possible weather conditions and has made sure that the experience is safe and enjoyable for everyone. However, if the weather is deemed too severe, guests can head indoors to explore more of the secrets the town has to offer.
  • Do you have wheelchairs available for rent?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer wheelchairs for rent at Phantom Peak, but guests are welcome to bring their own if needed for the duration of the experience. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage all visitors to plan accordingly before purchasing tickets.
