Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are available on our Tickets page and via Universe (A Ticketmaster Company) or the Phantom Peak website, a link to the purchasing platform can be found on our home page.

Is my ticket refundable?

Unfortunately, in line with our Terms and Conditions, all tickets for Phantom Peak are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person.

Can I change the date of my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change the date of your tickets for Phantom Peak up to 7 days before the experience is scheduled to take place. You can change your tickets by logging on to your Universe profile and finding the drop down menu and selecting 'move my tickets'.

Please contact our customer service team at contact@phantompeak.com if you require further assistance about changing your ticket date, and make sure to include your ticket order number, full name(s) and email address.

Do I need to print my ticket for the Phantom Peak experience?

No, you do not need to print your ticket. You will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code that you can present at the entrance of the experience.

Can I purchase tickets on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tickets can be purchased on-site at Phantom Peak. Please note that on-site ticket purchases are subject to availability and some shows may sell out quickly, especially during peak season. We recommend buying tickets in advance to guarantee availability and avoid long wait times.

Can I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free via the Ticketmaster app. However, please not that once tickets are transferred, the original ticket holder will no longer have access to the experience. If you encounter any problems doing this, please contact us at contact@phantompeak.com for additional help. You will need to provide your name and your ticket number.
