Welcome to Phantom Peak: a fully immersive, open-world experience - a living, breathing town where mystery lurks around every corner.
Think of it as part escape room, part immersive theatre, part real-life videogame.
You’ll meet mysterious strangers, uncover secret plots of rebellion, and find out what exactly happened to the old Mayor (coincidental accident, or cold-blimped murder?!)
An Immersive Free-Roam World
Put simply, it’s an immersive, free-roam world that you can explore at your leisure.
The experience runs seasonally, with four main shows per year, each with its own storylines and quests to complete. The main theme remains but exciting new elements are added each season - it’s like returning to a familiar town every few months: the world may be the same but something new is happening!
Full of secretive quests and quirky characters, you experience the world through a custom-made made web-app (no downloads necessary!) that guides your adventure through man-made canals and a vast, split-level old town.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s so well done. Beautiful environment. The actors are GREAT at their jobs. Really amazing how they can juggle so many scripts, it’s no easy feat! The storylines are so fun, and I love the cards you get for completing the adventures. It’s great to have a memento. The food is good too! I just wish there was maybe a little more variety, but having ice cream was excellent for the summer too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been to quite a few immersive experiences but Phantom Peak has by far been the best. The quests are so well thought out and fun. Every detail is perfect, the actors are great and the set is amazing, you actually feel like you’re in another world. You can go at your own pace and continue your quest when you want to. We spent over 4 hours doing this experience and it still didn’t feel enough because we were having such a good time. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend a visit especially if you like solving puzzles and interactive activities.
"A perfect argument for a 6th star!"
This is place is a perfect argument for the need of a 6th star. If you like escape rooms but 1 hr is not enough, this is your paradise. This is a totally immersive town! Multiple story lines and amazing activities.When I read the show was 4+ hours I was skeptical but I was blown away and could have easily spent 4+ more. Obviously a huge amount of passion and skill has gone into this and is a must experience in London. Thank you Phantom Peak for bringing this to life. Seriously impressive.

Age requirement: All ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children up to 3 years old may go for free.
